How do I register?

Click on the Register For Free link at the top of the screen and complete the details that will be requested. Once you have clicked on Register a verification email will be sent to the email address you entered. This usually arrives instantly but allow up to 30 minutes to receive it. You will need to click on the link on that email to verify your account before you can start using First Place Processing.

If the verification email does not arrive, check to see if it is in your junk/spam mail folder. If it is not there, click on Contact Us and send us a message.

What is my username?

Your username is the email address you used to register with First Place Processing

I keep getting a message that my username or password is invalid. What should I do?

Make sure you are using the email address you registered with as your username (i.e. not your name).

If you think you might have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password? link and your password will be emailed to your registered email address.

I haven’t received a verification email so I can’t log in.

Check your spam/junk mail folder. If it is not there, click on Contact Us and send us a message.

How do I change my dog’s grade?

To change your dog’s grade, click on the red arrow next to their current grade in My Dogs. If your dog is currently in Grade 1, 2 or 3 you will be asked whether you are moving up on points or by a win. Other grade changes can only be achieved by wins so. If you moved up by a win, you will be asked the date of your win. Enter the date and click on Upgrade. A list of shows that you have entered that are affected by the grade change will be listed. Click on each of them and amend any classes accordingly.

Notes:

  • If you are moving from Grade 1 to 2 or 2 to 3, you will need to move all your dogs separately. Use the same winning out date as the dog that actually won out for you.
  • If you have moved up more than 1 grade since you last used First Place Processing, please click on Contact Us and email the information to us as this will need to be dealt with manually.

I’ve changed my dog’s grade but it hasn’t changed in the dog’s details. Why?

The new grade will only be shown 25 days after the winning out date. Do make sure that you clicked on the arrow next to the dog’s grade rather than clicking on the dog’s name and editing the grade in their details.

My dog has gone up more than one grade since I last used the site and it won’t let me go up more than 1 grade. What should I do?

If you have moved up more than 1 grade since you last used First Place Processing, please click on Contact Us and email the information to us as this will need to be dealt with manually.
