We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

Online Payment Fees

  • We are using UPG/FDMS as our online payments system.
  • Payments by both debit and credit card are accepted.
  • All online payments will incur a charge of 50p per transaction with effect for shows starting on or after 8th April 2015.
  • First Place Processing will not apply card processing fees when entering a show.
  • Your payment reference will appear on your statement as FIRSTPLACEP.
  • Entering a show via First Place Processing is entering a contract with the organisers of the show.
  • Online refunds up to the closing date of a show will incur a charge of 75p per refund requested.
  • The entry can not be cancelled after the closing date of the show.
